Base Kit Components

In addition to the wall and ceiling panels, the following components and features are included in the base kit.

self contained galley

A foot pump galley is included in the base kit as standard. It is sized for a 5 gallon fresh and gray water tank, and comes with a Richlite counter topper, and a stainless steel sink and faucet. The exposed plywood ring around the sink is treated with water-proof penetrating epoxy.

overhead storage

5 overhead storage units are included in the base kit and can be located on either side of the van. Choose from any combination of soft-close cabinets, platform (microwave) shelves, or open air shelves.

4 panel platform bed

The sturdy, super thin, platform bed maximizes storage space underneath and headroom above. Quickly remove the panels with rubber latches to fit big loads into the cargo area. Mount the bed at 3 different heights depending on your under-bed storage needs.

Lights

Included are 2 independent sets of remote controlled dimmable LED lights. One set is overhead for general use, and one set under the bed to illuminate gear. Follow our suggested electrical schematic, or customize any way you want. Keep in touch for information on our pre-made wiring harnesses which are still in development.

12V Power points and fuse blocks

The Vanscadia kit includes 12v power points below the bed platform to run accessories like a refrigerator, and above the bed platform for charging your phone. 3 fuse blocks located at the corners of the van power your future expansions. The rear fuse blocks are easily accessible behind vented panels.
